Plongée radicale par – 10° au coeur d’une communauté de clochards franco-allemande, qui, hors des institutions caritatives et humanitaires, s’organise efficacement pour survivre et “demeurer libre”.
Filmé délibérément la nuit du 31 déc. 1992, passage Historique et symbolique de l’ouverture du “Grand Marché Européen de 350 millions de consommateurs”, à Strasbourg, capitale de l’Europe, comment allaient-ils vivre cet événement-là? Et cette radio, au petit matin de l’an 01 qui leur livre le bulletin de santé du monde... dans l’indifférence de leur réalité ?

Specially filmed on New Year’s Eve 31 Dec 1992 as the European borders opened up with a potential market for 350 million consumers. How do they in Strasbourg, European Capital, experience this event? The early morning radio blares out the world’s state of health... in a context of indifference ?
